Hyrox Training in Exeter
What is hyrox?
Hyrox combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season. It is a race to run at your own pace, with the continuous support of friends, family and fellow participants.
What we do at Hybrid Quarters?
As an official Hyrox Training Club, we designed the gym around the fitness race. We have a 12.5 metre sled track embedded within our gym floor as well as assault runners, outdoor running routes and Hyrox-approved training kit. We also take members through a bespoke programming pathway to get ready for Hyrox races, or just to enjoy a different type of training. If you aren’t local to Exeter, you can purchase our Hyrox Training Programmes and work through these on your own so you can benefit from our progressive, hybrid training too.
