The four quarters of HQ centre around: Training, Recovery, Nutrition and Events.

Our base is a functional fitness space with a particular focus on Hyrox. We have two main types of class: Strength and conditioning and Hyrox. We also have a Team class on a Saturday that is the perfect mixture of sweat, laughs and (organised) chaos!
