Hey! We are Laura and Daisy, your coaches behind the programmes.

We’re Hyrox athletes, coaches, and the owners of a Hyrox-affiliated gym, and everything you see here is built from real experience — not theory. We train it, coach it, race it, and refine it daily.

Our backgrounds span CrossFit, swimming, football, strength and endurance sports, which means we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. Instead, we build programmes that help you get stronger, fitter and more confident, without running yourself into the ground.

Whether you’re training for Hyrox, building your engine, stepping into CrossFit competitions, or just want structured training that fits around work, family and life — these programmes are designed to support you long-term, not burn you out after a few weeks. They’re challenging, progressive, and realistic — so you can train consistently, feel good doing it, and actually enjoy the process.

You can follow the programmes as they are, or upgrade for a more personalised coaching experience, including:
