Team NTS is the founding name of our core. Our gym, our carefully curated progressive classes and our personal training offering. Team NTS is the element of Hybrid Quarters relating purely to training.

Progressive Classes

We recognise that it can sometimes be hard to self motivate and that safety in numbers can be essential to a long term fitness journey. With that in mind we have an extensive class schedule that provides a progressive journey for any individual wanting to embark on or continue their fitness journey. Our class offering very much embodies our moto, “all different, all equal, united by fitness”. Whether you’re a first timer to the gym floor or a high achieving fitness performer, our classes are designed for all and are carefully curated to ensure that all attendees will progress on their fitness journey. Whatever the goal, you can be sure we have you covered.

Personal training

From the first timers to the seasoned athletes, our Personal Training sessions can be paired with classes or used as a standalone service. We appreciate that starting a fitness journey from scratch can be incredibly daunting. You may not feel comfortable enough training with others initially and may wish to undertake a one-to-one training programme to give you that confidence in a gym. Equally, you may require some more bespoke coaching to sit around your current goals, help you push yourself or learn a new skill. If this sounds like you, please do get in touch.

Our personal trainers would be delighted to welcome you to HQ and discuss one-to-one coaching alongside your short term and long term goals.

Online programming

We are aware that in person programming doesn’t work for everyone. You may have commitments at home, work shifts or live too far from us to regularly visit our gym floor. With that in mind, any of our coaches would be more than happy to work with you to create a bespoke online programme and be available for regular check ins to keep you on track. We also offer Hyrox Training programmes that you can use in a build up towards your next Hyrox race.

Check-ins

We know that keeping on track can be a real rollercoaster and having a regular review with a designated coach can really help our members and clients stay on track, accountable and reach their goals.

Should you choose to join Hybrid Quarters, we can offer monthly check-ins as part of your membership package. We can help tailor your training, ensure you to stick to your goals and discuss any barriers or pinch points, all with some free of charge motivational quotes along the way!

Workshops

We believe that fitness should be fun and expansive. We know that introducing new skills can be incredibly rewarding so we run regular workshops that allow a small group to get together and try something new! This could be learning how to rope climb or working on your Hyrox movement techniques. Keep an eye on our Instagram and events calendar to get booked on.

Team Compete

This is a really exciting development at HQ! At our core, we want everyone to enjoy training with us and fall in love with fitness. We are also aware that for some people, this means pushing the limits and becoming more competitive. With this in mind, we have introduced Team Compete. Our Compete Intervals class runs on a Saturday morning and is designed for those with an fitness race booked (or goal in mind) where we include intervals on the ergs, more advanced skills and work on pacing. Please note, this will have a more formal tone and our coaches will join in with the class. We advise members book into either Compete Intervals or Team (rather than booking both) due to the intensity of the programming.

Hyrox combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season. It is a race to run at your own pace, with the continuous support of friends, family and fellow participants.
